Janes second training. X-training, 2 times 13 kms bike and 2,5 km run. 5 km run done in 26 minutes in total. Super in very warm conditions 💪🏼💨

12,3 kms on the MeMover , drills on the memover, circletraining, running and swiming in the blue sea. Thats what I call a perfect workout
