To reconnect with breath, sensation, and truth 🌀🫁

My work blends yoga, ta**ra, breath, and nervous system healing.
It’s for the ones who’ve carried too much, numbed out, shut down, or forgotten what it means to feel safe in their own skin 🤍
This session reminded me — again — that deep healing doesn’t need fancy. It needs presence. And someone who knows how to hold it 🤲🏼
