When you break free from the day-to-day and open yourself to the world, something shifts.

After a few weeks away, I came back with something I didn’t expect:

Buy the house (stay in one location FOREVER)

Then maybe — maybe — enjoy life when it’s nearly over.

Fitness has always been a non-negotiable in my life.

Whether it’s football, boxing, running, or training in the gym—I just love it. Even when I had to be at work by 6am, I’d still hit the gym beforehand. Sometimes on less than 6 hours sleep.

I’ve always tried to make it a priority… but when you’re working a tough 9–5 and raising kids, it’s not always easy.

I used to dream of having the freedom to train when I wanted—to go for a run on my own time, to walk into the gym without rushing.

Fitness isn’t just about the body. It’s about discipline, clarity, confidence—and I genuinely believe it plays a huge role in your overall success.

So don’t knock it. Prioritise it. Make time for it. Your future self will thank you.

No such thing as work-life balance — it’s all just life. Grateful to be present with my children, while the business runs wherever I am.
The hustle doesn’t stop, but neither do the moments that matter.
