𝟭. 𝗙𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗮 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁:
· Visit: agenciatributaria.es
· Go to the “Denuncia tributaria” section.

𝟮. 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻𝘀:
· Undeclared Invoices/Tickets: Report those not declaring sales.
· Undeclared Income: For businesses or personal income not reported.
· Cyber Commerce Fraud: For online sales fraud.
· Undeclared Rentals: For landlords hiding rental income.
· Other Tax Issues: Any other suspected tax violations.
𝟯. 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀:
· Not all complaints lead to inspections.
· Must provide solid evidence for review.
· The department of inspections will assess the need for further action.

Eva has been in Spence Clarke since February 2018. Eva is head of the labour department, a department in expansion especially due to Eva’s input. Eva constantly needs to fight the Spanish bureaucratic system, she always wins, which is very reassuring. Eva is a hard worker; she is always running from one side of the office to the other with a pile of papers in her hands and she will be one of the last to leave the office. She always has a smile, has a placating character, and is always keen on helping her colleagues.⁣

Eva is a loving mother and is very proud of the big family she has in Marbella, made up of aunts, uncles, cousins, etc. Eva chooses to spend her free time with her family above all. ⁣

This October, Sandra Mole will celebrate her 10th anniversary with Spence Clarke! Sandra, who works in our administration department, is known for her hard work and thoroughness in ensuring all our clients have their KYC up to date. She also plays a key role in organizing and attending Spence Clarke's social events.

Sandra is cheerful and full of energy – a party without her is not a party! Despite being born in the UK, she knows so many people in Marbella that you'd never guess it. Sandra loves sports and is the number one fan of netball. We hope she continues to enjoy her second favourite activity for many more years: working with Spence Clarke.
