🇬🇧 As promised we bring you another that will make your life even tastier. Today we will make a delicious & healthy Mint-Lemonade drink with the lemons and mint from your own . How does that sound to you? Mouth-watering, right? 😋

Ingredients
2-3 lemons (medium / large size)
5 sprigs of fresh mint (we will only use the leaves)
6-8 ice cubes
Stevia (in liquid form)

Step-by-step elaboration:
We previously select about 4 or 5 sprigs of fresh mint and wash them. To make our lemonade we will only use mint leaves.

We prepare the juice of 3 lemons, for this, we manually squeeze each lemon. Add the lemon juice, the mint leaves and the ice cuber to the blender and mix.

We sweeten it all with a few drops of stevia and beat all the ingredients until obtaining a texture similar to that of a granita.

Serve in a jug, decorate with some mint leaves and vualá!

Recipe Notes:

The slush texture will depend a lot on the type of ice used (homemade or prepared) and the power of the mixer.

The lemon juice should be cold so it doesn't interfere with the ice, and if you need to add water to better beat the ice, keep it cold.

🇪🇸 Como prometimos os traemos otra que os hará la vida más sabrosa. Hoy vamos a preparar una deliciosa y saludable bebida de Menta-Limonada con los limones y la menta de tu propio . ¿Qué te parece? Se te hace la boca agua, ¿verdad? 😋
Ingredientes
2-3 limones
5 ramitas hierbabuena fresca
6-8 hielos
Stevia (liquido)
Elaboración paso a paso
Seleccionamos previamente unas 4 o 5 ramitas de hierbabuena fresca y las lavamos. Para hacer nuestra limonada solo utilizaremos las hojas de hierbabuena.

Preparamos el zumo de 3 limones, para ello exprimimos manualmente cada limón.

Añadimos el zumo de limón, las hojas de hierbabuena y los hielos a la batidora.

Edulcoramos con unas cuantas gotas de stevia (si echáis la misma stevia que he usado, hasta la primera marca del tapón) y batimos todos los ingredientes hasta obtener una textura similar a la de un granizado.

Probamos el sabor antes de servir y corregimos según gustos. Para un mayor dulzor echamos un poco más de stevia líquida.

Servimos en una jarra, decoramos con unas hojas de hierbabuena y una pajita de color.

Notas de la Receta
La textura granizada dependerá mucho del tipo de hielo utilizado (hecho en casa o preparado) y de la potencia de la batidora.

El zumo de limón debe estar frío para no interferir con los hielos, y en caso de necesitar añadir agua para batir mejor los hielos, que ésta esté bien fría.
