Sometimes, being a hairdresser isn’t about cuts, colour, or glam.

Sometimes, it’s about showing up in someone’s hardest moment.

This morning, I shaved the head of a woman facing cancer. Yes,there were tears (hers and mine) and a quiet kind of courage and bravery that filled the room.

Later, she sent me a message ⬇️

That one line carries strength, humor, and heart.

Moments like these remind me what a privilege it is to be let into someone’s life, not just to change how they look, but to stand with them when everything else is changing.
