How to get high positive energy levels, and who to keep them? Two interesting questions due to the energy level we have are important for our ongoing life. You probably noticed days with high energy, and everything is going fantastic, as well as the opposite. Tough days with low energy, and everything is feeling difficult and undoable.

The more you learn how to fill your energy levels, the more days you will have with energy. It’s also important to listen to yourself and your needs when you have low energy levels, by taking care of yourself, such as resting and recovering.

A ritual is something you do often that you want to do. I can help you create a new habit you want, or to make existing rituals even better. For example, you have noticed that when you usually eat your dinner in the weeks, you feel stressed about doing it at the time you are used to doing it. Why not postpone the time 30 minutes to minimise the stress? Or you want to create a habit of a stretching moment for your body each day. Decide when you want to do it, and make a ritual with a note in your calendar, so you remember to do it.

Rituals are good to have and create more of to make your days more as you want them. If a ritual doesn’t work one day, not a problem, try it the next day. If the ritual is often difficult, try to change it to make it easier to do, or change the time that is working better.

Wow! Autumn is underway and filled with new opportunities. To look forward to fun things, I usually make a list of what I want to do until Christmas.
I love taking long walks and being in the moment. To help myself relax and be present, I try to use all my senses to be so engaged that I forget everything - to just be in the moment.
I have silenced my phone, smelled the air, listened to the wind, looked carefully at the surroundings or the sky, felt my finger’s trees or leaves, and discovered new ones that I had not noticed on my walk before.
Even if you go somewhere often, how many new things can surprise you when you are present with the place? Try it next time you have the chance.

It feels easier to handle problems and situations, clearer to us how we want to be and how we can create a life that feels meaningful to us.
