MEDICINE MAN LEÓN AYBAR AT SEVEN DIRECTIONS

Let me introduce you to our brother León, a Shaman, even though he humbly refutes this term, preferring the words Holistic Therapist. He hails from Argentina where he first learnt about the powerful medicine of the plants from his Grandparents & subsequently travelled and studied with other teachers in Chile, Peru and Brazil resulting in the practice of this sacred, ancestral knowledge from these native cultures in various different branches of Shamanism.

He is available by prior booking for private one on one sessions here at Seven Directions which include an initial consultation followed by the appropriate therapy for each individuals needs.
He approaches each person as a whole, integrating the physical, emotional, mental and energetic body helping through guidance, healing, energy clearing, to aid in transmutation leading to transformation.

INSPIRATION
“Humankind is facing challenges that raise questions over our continued stewardship of the planet.
Our generation has the potentially calamitous honour of witnessing the birth of a new era, the Anthropocene. It is an era defined by man´s irreversible impacts on the world, by changes to the climate, worsening threats to eco-systems, a rapid rise in extinction rates and burgeoning levels of pollution.
A radical shift is needed for the longevity of the human race. We are at a turning point.
We face overlapping challenges so great that failure to navigate any one of these challenges could threaten our species´ survival, as well as other life on Earth.

But what principle could help propel this urgently needed change?
For over 3,000 years, one altruistic maxim has been the bedrock of humanity, underlying our most successful religions and cultures. It has been cited through the ages by prophets, religious leaders and philosophers as the guiding principle of human interaction, urging mankind to lead lives based around this simple principle: the importance of Love.” Loving oneself, “Loving one´s neighbour, loving your enemies.

Through modern technologies, we have a rare ability to create a worldwide movement. The potential for good is enormous. If enough of us subscribe to living compassionately and more sensitivity toward others and other forms of life, then we can make a difference.
We start at a personal level, then continue at a group level, reach further still to a global level.

It requires a worldwide transformation at times so fundamental that it is difficult to imagine. However, there is a parallel. Most of us know about the incredible metamorphosis of a caterpillar into a butterfly.
The scientific processes that underpin its change are instructive.

After a period of ravenous consumption, the caterpillar forms a chrysalis from which it will dissolve itself into an organic stew, where dormant “imaginal cells” hold the vision of the new structure.
At first these imaginal cells operate independently as single-cell organisms and are attacked by the caterpillar´s immune system, which views them as a threat.
But soon these new cells regroup, multiply, and connect with each other. They then form clusters and begin resonating at the same frequency. Finally they reach a tipping point and consolidate to become a new multi-cell organism - the beautiful butterfly.”

INSPIRACIÓN
"La humanidad se enfrenta a retos que plantean interrogantes sobre nuestra continua administración del planeta.
Nuestra generación tiene el honor potencialmente calamitoso de asistir al nacimiento de una nueva era, el Antropoceno. Se trata de una era definida por los impactos irreversibles del hombre en el mundo, por los cambios en el clima, el empeoramiento de las amenazas a los ecosistemas, el rápido aumento de las tasas de extinción y los crecientes niveles de contaminación.
Es necesario un cambio radical para la longevidad de la raza humana. Nos encontramos en un punto de inflexión.
Nos enfrentamos a retos superpuestos de tal magnitud que el fracaso en la superación de cualquiera de ellos podría amenazar la supervivencia de nuestra especie, así como la de otras formas de vida en la Tierra.

Pero, ¿qué principio podría ayudar a impulsar este cambio tan necesario?
Desde hace más de 3.000 años, una máxima altruista ha sido el fundamento de la humanidad, y ha servido de base a nuestras religiones y culturas más exitosas. Ha sido citada a lo largo de los tiempos por profetas, líderes religiosos y filósofos como principio rector de la interacción humana, instando a la humanidad a llevar una vida basada en este sencillo principio: la importancia del Amor". Amarse a sí mismo, "Amar al prójimo, amar a tus enemigos".

A través de las tecnologías modernas, tenemos la rara capacidad de crear un movimiento mundial. El potencial para el bien es enorme. Si un número suficiente de nosotros se adhiere a vivir con compasión y más sensibilidad hacia los demás y otras formas de vida, entonces podemos marcar la diferencia.
Empezamos a nivel personal, luego continuamos a nivel de grupo y llegamos aún más lejos a nivel mundial.

Se requiere una transformación mundial a veces tan fundamental que es difícil de imaginar. Sin embargo, existe un paralelismo. La mayoría de nosotros conoce la increíble metamorfosis de una oruga en mariposa.
Los procesos científicos que sustentan su cambio son instructivos.

Tras un periodo de consumo voraz, la oruga forma una crisálida desde la que se disolverá en un guiso orgánico, donde las "células imaginales" latentes guardan la visión de la nueva estructura.
Al principio, estas células imaginarias funcionan de forma independiente como organismos unicelulares y son atacadas por el sistema inmunitario de la oruga, que las considera una amenaza.
Pero pronto estas nuevas células se reagrupan, se multiplican y se conectan entre sí. Entonces forman grupos y comienzan a resonar en la misma frecuencia. Finalmente alcanzan un punto de inflexión y se consolidan para convertirse en un nuevo organismo multicelular: la hermosa mariposa".
