Lazy Monkey Duquesa

It gives me great pleasure to announce that as of this Friday 4pm, the Lazy Monkey will FINALLY be back open for business 🥳

This has been my first year in Spain after taking the gamble to move over and open a bar at the start of the year!

It’s fair to say it’s been a tough 4 months waiting to reopen however, I’ve been overwhelmed by the support, generosity and well wishes from the local community during this time.

As a way of saying thank you I will be donating 50% of all takings on Friday the charity Collective Calling. This charity provides support to some of the most vulnerable families on the Costa del Sol, including on our doorstep in Manilva.
With care packages being distributed regularly to over 200 families, the importance of this work cannot be underestimated. Relying totally on the support of donations, the Lazy Monkey, along with the local community, is delighted to be able to support this wonderful cause in some small way.

So come on down, raise a glass and let’s get this bar back in business 🍻🥂
