AI scales the work. The judgment is still on you.

What's at risk isn't the job. It's the judgment. Leaders fear AI will replace their teams. The real danger is that it replaces their judgment, invisibly, without anyone noticing until it's too late.

Verification is now a leadership function. You can automate decisions. You cannot automate responsibility for them.
