Some albums try to sound like Chicago. Others get obsessed with Detroit. And then there’s Rams, who skips the copy-paste and blends it all… his own way. And that’s where Ego comes in: a title that’s no coincidence, because this record has personality, attitude, and zero interest in sounding like anyone else.

This full-length album is dark, yes. It grooves, of course. But that’s not the point (plenty of artists do that). What matters is how it’s done: house with attitude, techno with intent, and a sound that doesn’t ask for permission. All wrapped in that raw underground feel you simply can’t fake.
