🚀 Aurora Visual Expands Its Presence in Dubai

Today, our Dubai Business Development Manager, Basra Haider, delivered a presentation showcasing Aurora Visual’s Digital Twin solution to real estate developers and industry professionals.

During the presentation, attendees discovered how Digital Twin technology can help accelerate the sales of new residential developments long before construction is completed. We demonstrated how buyers can virtually explore apartments, customize interiors in real time, and make faster, more confident purchasing decisions.

The session highlighted how immersive and interactive sales experiences can transform the way developers present and sell their projects, while also reducing the need for costly physical show apartments and traditional sales materials.

Today’s presentation marks another important step in Aurora Visual’s expansion into the Middle East market. We believe the future of real estate sales is interactive, data-driven, and experience-focused.

Day 1 at SIMA Expo. What a start.

Aurora Visual is proud to be part of the 3-day SIMA Real Estate Expo in Madrid.

Today alone, we had the opportunity to speak with more than 35 real estate developers, presenting how Digital Twin Sales Tools are transforming off-plan sales.

The response has been incredible.

Developers immediately recognized the value of immersive project presentation, faster buyer decision-making, and a completely new sales experience beyond traditional renders and floorplans.

Several exciting follow-up meetings are already being organized, with concrete discussions about upcoming luxury and large-scale developments.

The market is changing fast — and it’s exciting to be part of that transformation.

Great two days at INRE Expo in Poznań.

We spent two inspiring days at the INRE Investment Real Estate Exhibition, connecting with the international real estate community and presenting our Digital Twin Sales Tool solutions.

We had the opportunity to take part in discussions with more than 20 international real estate developers, exchanging insights about the future of off-plan sales and immersive property presentation.

Even more exciting, 12 developers showed strong interest, and we started concrete project discussions about implementing Digital Twin sales tools for their upcoming developments.

The market is clearly ready for a new way of presenting and selling real estate.
