In the second week of September, European prices rose compared to the previous week. The increase in demand and prices, as well as the fall in energy production in some markets, were the causes of the rise.
On Monday, September 11, some electricity markets registered hourly prices above €300/MWh, which were the highest since December.
On the other hand, on Friday, September 15, Brent futures registered the highest price since the first half of November 2022.
