Different settings. Shared purpose.
Some experiences begin in a classroom, where ideas are challenged and solutions start to take shape. Others unfold through immersion, where new people, places, and perspectives shape the learning experience.
From SIL Madrid to SIL South Africa, every program offers a different environment for learning (but the same commitment to experiential learning, collaboration, and responsible leadership.)

In our latest blog, Précieuse reflects on the leadership lessons, challenges, and moments that shaped her journey, and on how one idea grew into something much bigger than she imagined.
