Hace un tiempo vivimos en Hifas da Terra una jornada muy especial junto a Origins y Optimum, en la que compartimos salud, naturaleza y autocuidado con un grupo de mujeres maravillosas que nos acompañaron.

Recorrimos nuestras instalaciones, del laboratorio a los cultivos, disfrutamos de una sesión de yoga facial al aire libre y cerramos con un almuerzo ayurveda a base de setas.

Un día de ciencia, bienestar y belleza natural que seguimos recordando con el corazón lleno. ✨

Some time ago, we at Hifas da Terra experienced a very special day together with Origins and Optimum, where we shared health, nature, and self-care with a wonderful group of women who joined us.

We toured our facilities, from the laboratory to the cultivations, enjoyed an outdoor facial yoga session, and wrapped up with an Ayurveda lunch centered on mushrooms.

A day of science, wellness, and natural beauty that we continue to remember with full hearts. ✨
