Hola a tod@s, ¡espero que estés disfrutando el comienzo del verano! ☀️✨ Quiero avisaros de que el estudio permanecerá cerrado el julio y agosto. Las clases se reanudarán a partir de la primera semana de septiembre.

Como sabes, el yoga no es sólo una práctica de posturas sobre la esterilla. Se expande en tu vida diaria. (Se llama «off the mat yoga/ yoga fuera de la esterilla»). Creo que el verano es una gran oportunidad para ello. Así que llamo a julio y agosto tiempo del «yoga fuera de la esterilla». Puedes probar algo nuevo o algo que siempre has querido hacer, ver qué emociones surgen, escucharte a ti mism@, descansar bien, comer bien, etc. 🌊🏄‍♀️🏖️⛰️🌳 Nos vemos en septiembre!
