Fue un honor formar parte de Fleet Week New York 2026 a bordo del Juan Sebastián de Elcano, compartiendo la tradición del Ibérico de Bellota junto a la Cofradía del Cocido Madrileño y Despaña.

Un momento que reunió tradición, artesanía y los sabores que nos conectan con nuestras raíces, estemos donde estemos.

In Spain, traditions are not only remembered, they are lived.

During San Fermín, Pamplona fills with white and red, the festival begins with the Chupinazo, the streets welcome the Gigantes y Cabezudos, families and friends gather around food, music fills the plazas, and every morning the Encierro brings runners and bulls through the old streets of the city.

It is one of those celebrations that reflects so much of what we value at FERMÍN: heritage, craft, family, and the joy of gathering around Spanish tradition.

And on this day, it also means something even closer to us: honoring Fermín Martín, our founder, and the name that started our story.
