Towards the end of last year after a crazy summer.. I stepped on the scales and saw that I had put on some fair weight.. so there and then I decided time to put my head down and shed that weight. Today I stepped on the scales and the I’m 7 kilos down which I was very happy with. For those who know me it’s been a crazy weight loss journey for the past 5 years of my life and I’m not stopping there and will carry on this year. So here is to an amazing start to 2026 and I look forward to loosing a lot more weight and being as healthy as I can be. Sending love happiness and smile to you all. #2026
