📦🌍 A new + experience in Tarragona brings together participants from Scoala Profesionala Oglinzi 🇷🇴 under the project 2025-1-RO01-KA121-VET-000338457.
Over 21 days, the city becomes a creative workshop for fashion and sewing training, where students step into real production environments, work with textiles, and develop technical and creative skills in a professional context 🧵✨
At the same time, 2 educators take part in job shadowing, observing methodologies, training processes and how vocational skills are taught and applied in real settings 👀🤝
From design and stitching to quality control and workplace routines, every day brings hands-on learning, precision and creativity together in motion 🌱
Tarragona is not just a destination, it becomes a space where ideas are shaped into skills and skills into confidence. 😉

Valencia was not a classroom, it was a live experience in action 👀✨
📦🌍 A 7-day Erasmus+ experience in Valencia brought together 5 teachers from LICEUL ECONOMIC ALEXANDRU IOAN CUZA 🇷🇴, under the projects 2025-1-RO01-KA121-VET-000310883 and 2025-1-RO01-KA121-SCH-000310889.
During the mobility, they visited both a local school and partner companies in Valencia, connected to commercial studies, accounting, gastronomy and education sectors 📚🤝
In schools they observed teaching methods, classroom dynamics and learning organization. In companies they saw real workflows in action and how students on placements are integrated into daily professional tasks alongside staff and mentors 💼✨
This combination of education and workplace experience gave a complete picture of how learning is transferred into real practice across different environments 🌱
Because Erasmus+ job shadowing is about connecting education and real work, and understanding how both worlds support each other.
