Today is the first day that we can practice sport outside after 50 days lockdown. We bring you the recipe of super seed energy bars. Enjoy your rides&runs with caution 🚴🏻🏃‍♂️

🥜 In a food processor, you should combine seeds, coconut and bee pollen without making a paste, just a little bit. Place it in a large bowl.

🥜 In the same food processor combine the dates, coconut oil, peanut butter, vanila and cacao powder. It has become a cream. Add the remaining dates and pulse until smooth.

🥜 Transfer the mixture to the large bowl with the seed mixture and incorporate the oats with your hands, massaging the mixture until it becomes a paste.

🥜 Take the mixture and place it in a baking dish and press it until is uniform.

🥜You can wait 1 hour to cut it into different bars or place it in the freezer to achieve a more perfect cut!

🥜You can cut it in squares or rectangles, and keep it in the refrigerator for 2 weeks.

🥜When you are training you can wrap it in little parts or energy balls to make it easier to eat.

🥜 If you want to do large distances you just need to add more oats and eat more often.
