From a 6 weeks break to 116km of running in week 5 back to training 😴 My swim and bike both come back relatively easy even after a long break, but the run requires patience and a lot of hard work.. 🛠️ I feel like the ball is slowly starting to roll again and momentum can be a hell of a thing so let’s keep this up for the next couple of weeks 😤

Capping of the 2025 season with a 3rd 🥉 place at the final in Qatar! 😃 It was a tough season, but I am happy to finish it on a positive note. 2026 will be big 🥳
