Another very encouraging feedback from our latest Omstille session in Lisboa:

" I have been on an active healing journey for the past two years and In the last few weeks, I have been confronting the effects of the absence of love in my blood family and childhood.

I had been growing in awareness of how the lack of love has been limiting me and my capacity to receive love. I had been witnessing this sense of being stuck for holding on to the beliefs I acquired over my childhood.

As soon as the sound started with the bowls, I quite instantly felt my body go into deep relaxation and lose a sense of shape and form. I then felt the concentration of energy on the back of my neck. A slight cold/tingling sensation going in waves down my spine.

I felt the sensation of the frequencies of the sound unblocking the energy that was stagnant in my body and my familial & structural belief systems.

As the violin started, I had a sensation of being seen, understood, and heard - I felt I was relating to that sound. A feeling of not being alone allowed for the emotions to surface bringing me to a large pour of energy, crying and gasping - releasing all that had been stuck.

This was followed by a sensation of release and being held by the sound. The feeling I am ok, I am as I am meant to be, and that what was holding me back, no longer serves me.

Since the session, I have felt a notable lightness in my energy flow. As someone who meditates daily, in the meditation of the day after, I felt an enormous difference in the flow of energy and the capability of accessing that blissful, beautifully bright & comforting place.

It had been a while since I had accessed that place and I know for sure this open flow was because of the sound therapy. In this meditation, I felt the energy flowing in such a natural and easy fluidity up and down my spine.

As an energy healer, I am extremely sensitive to energies and I acutely feel energetic shifts.

This session was way more powerful than I ever expected and I highly recommend this as intentional healing, maintenance, or as experimental surrender to receive what you need to receive.

The sound frequencies created by Petter (Mirus Loewe) are a magical form of healing and this must be shared with the world as an incredibly potent healing tool. Thank you thank you thank you! "
