Casa Corey is a large 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom holiday home located in a quiet area on the edge of Playa Flamenca and La Zenia. All amenities including Zenia Boulevard, cafes, bars and restaurants are within a short walk. There is a popular weekly market every Saturday, which is a 5 minute walk away. Also within walking distance, (or a very short drive) are the stunning blue flag beaches of Orihuela Costa. The villa is fully equipped, including air con, ceiling fans, games room with full sized pool table and has plenty of outside space, with lovely views from the terraces, ample parking and a communal pool nearby.
Available for longer term winter rentals between mid October and March, then short term rentals between April and September 2020 onwards. An ideal property and location for friends and families. There are also multiple golf courses in the surrounding areas.
