Sun and sea at Calahonda, Costa Del Sol & Golf - Flats for Rent in Mijas

Visited our apartment in Calahonda, Spain for a week before Christmas and enjoyed the winter sun to the fullest. With temperatures reaching 18 degrees during the day and glorious sunshine it was the perfect opportunity to sit at the beach bar (Andy's Beach Bar on Cabopino Beach) and enjoy a few cocktails.
The kids enjoyed a trip to Amazonia (similar to Go Ape), a walk along the beach in Marbella and a trip to Malaga to see the Christmas lights.
We also took a day out to visit Ronda, a beautiful mountain-top city about an hour and half away from the apartment. The city is set above a deep gorge resulting in the most spectacular views. The local bars and restaurants provide wonderful food and drinks.
La Siesta golf Club is a five minute walk from the apartment. That's just one of the fifty plus golf courses between Malaga and Marbella. February is a great time for keen golfers to visit the courses or families looking for a break during half term.
The apartment is now fully booked throughout January, March & April 2017. There is still availability during February and then from May onwards.
