If you are a Beginner, this Routine is Perfect for Increasing Strength 💪⁣

✅ Do 5-7Sets in a Circle ⭕️ (Switch from exercise to exercise till completing 8-10 Rounds)⁣⁣
✅ Rest 20-45 seconds between exercises⁣⁣
✅Rest 60-90 seconds between sets⁣⁣
✅ Do the whole range of motion for each exercise (extend your elbows completely)⁣⁣
✅ Have fun loosing weight and don´t forget to breathe in and out!⁣⁣
