Mitoma [Tam Ferrans] and Dissolved [Paul Daniels], both electronic producers hailing from Scotland (but separated by an ocean) have collaborated on numerous projects and remixes for each other ever since Dissolved's "PH:14" release appeared on the Section 27 label in 2010.

POLAR brings a new collection of collaborative tracks - Crushed morphing and corroded rhythms and expansive smeared melodic haze combine on a suite of tracks that have elements of industrial, techno and IDM reformed into different textures and unexpected time signatures and self collapsing structures.

The album brings exploration and atmosphere into the forefront encouraging listeners to find details as it develops.
