I’m so excited for this new chapter & location of my new professional kitchen! And to be able to still work alongside Ika ✨

Let’s just say it all went down a little too unprofessionally for our liking at the last place, but hey, s**t happens & change is good! We’re excited about our new space & taking the power back! 💥

We can’t wait to see you for your pick ups & there are plenty of reasons to head to the Born area & make an afternoon of it, especially around Christmas time!

SAVE THIS POST! 🌸 A mini guide to pressing flowers:
🌸 Buy edible flowers (I get mine from st Antoni market )
🌺Focus on flowers like roses, pensamientos (pansies), cornflowers which dry well without losing colour. (These little ones in the photo but I don’t know their name!)
📖 Press between two sheets of kitchen roll inside a heavy book & add weight to the top or put inside a flower-pressing kit
⏰Important!! Minimum time to dry…3 weeks Enjoy!! 🌺🌸
