Formada como diseñadora gráfica Marta Ribas siempre buscó dejar las pantallas para proyectar su visión del mundo a través de las manos.

Afirma que su estadía en Vancouver fue lo que la hizo sumergirse en un nuevo formato de expresión, dejándose llevar cada vez más por la abstracción y el mix media.

“Tengo una especie de obsesión con espacios geográficos y el mar. A nivel formal, creo que en mis piezas hay un equilibrio entre formas orgánicas y geométricas y en ellas, la composición y color juegan un papel muy importante.”

A Educated as a graphic designer Marta Ribas always sought to leave her screen to project her vision of the world through her hands.

Marta Ribas states that her stay in Vancouver was what made her immerse into a new format of expression, allowing herself to be led more towards abstraction and mix media.

“I have a kind of obsession with geographical spaces and the sea. At a formal level, I think that in my work there is a balance between organic and geometric forms, and where composition and colour play a very important role.”
