Erasmus sport: HEAL project

Over the past months, we have worked together to promote health and well-being through sport and education 💚
A big THANK YOU to everyone who has been part of these initiatives. Each contribution has been essential in sharing knowledge, tools, and experiences to support sports organizations and schools within their communities.

📌 What have we achieved?
• Development of practical resources to promote health through sport
• Creation of an educational toolkit, now available in multiple languages
• Collection of testimonials in a dedicated booklet
• Launch of a storytelling campaign to amplify real experiences
• Preparation of a policy brief to support decision-makers
• Ongoing updates of our website with new downloadable materials
All these resources are designed to be used, shared, and adapted — helping to create healthier and more inclusive communities.
