The San Nicolás project in El Sauzal features 17 eco-friendly homes with terraced designs that blend innovative architecture with environmental harmony. Located along steep terrain, each home offers outdoor access, sea views, and natural cooling.

Sustainability is prioritized with hybrid solar panels, aerothermal systems, and passive design for energy efficiency. The project emphasizes ecological responsibility, universal accessibility, and low-maintenance landscaping, making it a model for future sustainable living.
