Pluto is finally moving out of Capricorn for the last time in our lifetimes..

A current example: Spains’ utter failure to act to help the Valencian people devasted by floods, exposing their completely infantile and corrupt governance. And then; the sovereign peoples of Spain stepping in from every corner to help and with clean up, supplies and rescue.💔

Pluto travels through the last degrees of Capricorn, we now will see the “ Plutocracy” take it’s last gasping breaths. The hierarchies of exploitation are crumbling down.

And what follows? Pluto enters into Aquarius—you are invited to examine your sense of sovereignty🌀

Where do you place your power? Aquarius is the sign that teaches us the power of the collective coming TOGETHER to create Heaven on Earth.

A “new” Earth is not going to be created by one group of people. It is created by YOU, right HERE, right NOW.

Where you place your energy, the people you surround yourself with and your values ..MATTER.

Self care IS health care!

I’ve recently found an acupuncturist/herbalist (no you can’t effectively give yourself sessions) and am happily receiving treatment.

Our health exists on a spectrum and the care we need for it does as well. Preventative medicine like acupuncture & Chinese herbs is a fantastic way to preserve your health.

Feeling grateful for this medicine. Deep bow to all those who choose this path, it takes passion, artistry, brains and dedication.

Also feeling grateful that I have the luxury of so many healing possibilities at my fingertips. From chiropractic care to yoga nidra, breathwork sessions to dips in the sea, healing in this chapter in my life feels exciting!
