It’s been another beautiful week here.. and again forgetting to post on this platform. To be honest I barely use Facebook these days …

Here’s a , or Leg Behind Head Pose, is an advanced hip opener that requires flexibility, stability, and strength to achieve.
This pose may seem challenging, you can work your way up with preparatory poses that increase flexibility in your spine, hips, and legs.
Preparation: Developing flexibility, strength, and balance
Unless you’re naturally flexible (which a-lot of folk just are not!) you’ll need to build up to the full pose a with a few preparatory poses. These poses will help you develop the strength, balance, and correct alignment necessary to do this pose safely…
, Wide-Legged Forward Bend and are great poses to warm up with..

My 15 year old Instagram account has been hacked and therefore deleted.. 😖
A bit annoying as I didn’t get chance to explain to Instagram that it’s a work account and has over 15 years of history on it.. old pics and lots of memories..
Not that I can do anything about it now, so please add me and follow on my new account
