My first road ride since I stopped racing, and I loved every minute of it 🌟

I received a lot of advice to have a break and live life whilst I had time before real life starts. I would say heading to New Zealand for 2 months after 3 weeks in Japan could be classed as living. Lucky to have some of my favourite people around to make the memories even more special 🫶💫

Only one month left with life as I know it!

End of season training can always be tough mentally, but this year it feels a bit different. Im still finding motivation to be the best I can for in the final races. Luckily, the september sunshine is helping ☀️
