In July I’m taking part in a Tough Mudder event at Belvoir Castle to raise money for MIND.
After losing a close friend to su***de in November, it has opened my eyes to the amount of people suffering with mental health problems. I hope that by raising money for MIND, I can do my part & help make someone’s life that little bit better.
