We will be doing a deep relaxation meditation with some elements from hypno therapy. After that you get to deepen your relaxation with a sound bath made with gongs, tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, percussion and singing.

My instruments and my voice are still revealing themselves to me. New harmonies. New responses to different spaces, different people, different seasons..

And my oldest instruments are still surprising me. Frequencies I've never heard from them before.. Just trying new ways of playing and realizing that I've just found a new thing. 😁

I get new instrument quite rarely. Only when it's truly calling - like it needs to be a part of my set.
