Sales Consultant – Real Estate (Spain)
Location: Costa Blanca South & Murcia, Spain

Welcome Estates is an established real estate company with over 30 years of experience specialising in resale and new-build properties across the Costa Blanca South and Murcia regions.

We are currently seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to join our team and support clients in finding property in Spain.

About the Role

You will work with a consistent flow of buyer enquiries generated through our marketing channels, including online platforms, international exhibitions, and digital media. The role involves guiding clients through the property purchase process and delivering a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and follow up with incoming buyer enquiries
Conduct property viewings and consultations
Support clients through the sales process from enquiry to completion
Maintain strong client relationships
Work towards individual and team sales targets
Requirements
Previous experience in real estate sales
Demonstrated ability to manage and close sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
Good knowledge of Costa Blanca South and Murcia regions
Full driving licence
Self-motivated with a professional approach
Ability to work independently and within a team
