The adorable little Jack leaves on his big adventure today to start his new life and meet his new family in Finland.....
Jack was found on the rambla very ill and brought to the rescue, we took him straight to the vets where he spent 5 days on a drip before coming back into our care, now he's getting a new life in a new country, have the best life Jack.....
