Job Title: Sales Support

Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year in Sales Support, Customer Service, or Admin (scientific field preferred)

Job Summary:
We are hiring a detail-oriented and energetic Sales Support Specialist to join our team at our Giza office. This is an indoor position responsible for supporting the field sales team, handling client inquiries, preparing quotations, and coordinating sales activities related to life science laboratories and the testing industry (food, water, pharma, environmental labs, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the outdoor sales team by preparing technical and commercial offers.
- Handle incoming client inquiries via email and phone.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure accurate pricing and delivery timelines.
- Track and follow up on quotations, orders, and deliveries.
- Support marketing and tender preparation as needed.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (Sales Support, Customer - -- Service, or Admin in a scientific field preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication in both English and Arabic.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel & Word).
- Familiarity with laboratory products and scientific terms is a plus.
