📍Job Title: Instructional Designer

We are looking for a creative and motivated Instructional Designer to join our team!
In this role, you will help design and deliver engaging digital learning experiences that are interactive, innovative, and learner-friendly.

🔹Key Responsibilities
▫️ Coordinate and support the development of digital learning content.
▫️ Create storyboards and content outlines for different formats (videos, games, activities, interactive modules, etc.).
▫️Define the structure, flow, and final look of learning materials.
▫️ Collaborate with subject matter experts, designers, and developers to bring ideas to life.
▫️ Review and test content to ensure clarity, engagement, and alignment with learning goals.
▫️Suggest creative approaches to present information effectively.

🔹Requirements
▫️ Passion for education, creativity, and digital learning.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
▫️ Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
▫️Ability to think visually and clearly describe learning experiences.
▫️Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
▫️ Eagerness to learn and grow in the instructional design field (experience is a plus, but not required).

تطوير سيناريوهات تعليمية ووحدات دراسية وفقًا للمعايير المعتمدة.
تبسيط المعلومات الصعبة وتقديمها بطريقة إبداعية وسهلة الفهم.
التعاون مع فريق التصميم التعليمي لضمان تكامل النصوص مع الوسائط البصرية والتفاعلية.
مراجعة وتحرير المحتوى لضمان دقته وخلوه من الأخطاء اللغوية والنحوية.
المؤهلات المطلوبة:
درجة البكالوريوس في اللغة العربية، أو التربية، أو تخصص ذي صلة.
إجادة اللغة العربية كتابةً وصياغةً بشكل ممتاز.
القدرة على البحث والتحليل وتبسيط المفاهيم المعقدة.
مهارات استخدام الحاسوب وبرامج تحرير النصوص (Word، Google Docs).
يفضل من لديه خبرة في تأليف سيناريوهات تعليمية أو العمل في بيئات التعليم الإلكتروني.
