SENIOR SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR

This role will be responsible for setting up and maintaining a system or specific components of a system (e.g. for example, installing, configuring, and updating hardware and software; establishing and managing user accounts; overseeing or conducting backup and recovery tasks; implementing operational and technical security controls; and adhering to organizational security policies and procedures).
• 3- 5 years of Experience needed.
• Good Command of English Language
• Hands-on Experience on the following Systems:
Cloud systems: Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace
• Network Infrastructure, Wired and Wi-Fi (HPE / Cisco / D-Link / ..etc.)
• Microsoft Server Environment
• Backup & Disaster Recovery Solutions
• VMWare
• Security Solutions (Secure Wi-Fi & Endpoint Protection & Firewall)
• Fortinet
• Sophos
• WatchGuard
• Datacenter Hardware, Servers and Storage
• (HPE – DELL - EMC – Synology - etc.)
• Organized analytical thinking skills for Troubleshooting different IT Issues.
• Good Customer Service Skills
• Team & Time management skills
