*Role Highlights:*
- Organize and coordinate tours for international clients
- Communicate with clients in multiple languages and provide travel support
- Handle bookings with hotels, airlines, and local providers
- Prepare itineraries, travel documents, and client info
- Resolve client inquiries and ensure top-quality service
- Support sales team in promoting tours and upselling services
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and communications
*Requirements:*
- Fluency in one of the mentioned languages above is a must
- No prior experience required (tourism experience is a plus)
- Strong organization, multitasking, and communication skills
- Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset
- Flexibility for peak seasons; office-based role
