Role Description
This is a full-time AVAYA Engineer role based in Egypt and KSA. The AVAYA Engineer will be responsible for the day-to-day management and maintenance of AVAYA telecommunication systems. Tasks include system configuration, troubleshooting, monitoring network performance, and providing technical support to end users.

Qualifications
3-5 Years Experience in telecommunication systems
Knowledge of VoIP technologies and network protocols
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Certifications in systems are a plus
Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, or related field.
