Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
•A minimum of two years of experience in the field of Sales Mechanical Engineering, preferably in wastewater treatment plants.
•Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of mechanical products and systems.
•Sales Skills: Proven experience in technical sales, business development, or customer relationship management.
•Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
•Software Proficiency: Experience with CRM software and familiarity with CAD tools is a plus.
•Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms confidently.
•Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze customer needs and market trends to develop sales strategies.
•Travel: Willingness to travel to client sites and industry events as required.
