Zayed Nar is thrilled to announce a 3-hour defensive clinic where you get to learn about some defensive concepts and practice with the Dragons!

It's taking place This Tuesday 17.09.2024 at 19:30 FC https://maps.app.goo.gl/Pevy8AtFs74Bgzct5

The clinic starts with warming up, followed by some agility and footwork, then a theoretical session about defense and the modern approach to man-to-man defense.

There will be 2 drills working on man-to-man defense followed by a drill that focuses on a man-to-man defense with a team approach.

Then we will play a scrimmage (7 v 7 or 5 v 5) based on the number of players.

This clinic is only for any ultimate team player who has been playing for at least a year.
