Q: What inclined you to move to Dabab and open Caliente Cuban Restaurant?
Hossam: I traveled to Dahab a lot in the 90's, and always loved it. I remember when there were hardly any restaurants, lighting only came from candles and a community of people sleeping on the beach. I visited again shortly before I decided I wanted to live here. In 2017 I moved to Dabab and in June 2018 I opened Caliente Cuban Restaurant.
Q: What is your inspiration for choosing Cuban cuisine?
Hossam: It's a unique, fun & delicious cuisine which I would like to showcase to the people of Dahab.
