Wandering wounds floating along the shores, soaking in the salt and diving into the depths of blue

Emerging out of the clashing waves and being washed up on sandy banks

Remaining pieces scattered across the beaches, being sculptured into new beings [BREATH].
Reinventing wholesome new beginnings
[GROW].
Spit me out. [STOP]
Seal my wounds. [PAUSE]
Make me whole. [BREATHE]
