Since 2013, we’ve fulfilled our promise to deliver global know-how to the local market. At the heart of this rebranding is our repositioned business approach to support our mission, which is also our new slogan: GLOBAL COMPETENCE…LOCAL ACUMEN

The new rebranding includes not only the website, but also a new company presentation, updated mission, vision, and values statement, new logo, and new slogan.

The RICS Global Professional Statement on Cost Prediction (1st edition) is now available.

This professional statement provides an overview of global best practice in cost prediction and the implementation of international construction measurement standards (ICMS) for cost management professionals. The professional statement has been officially issued and becomes mandatory for RICS professionals and RICS-regulated firms on 1 July 2021. RICS professional statements set out the requirements of practice for RICS members and for firms that are regulated by RICS.
