Judran Properties is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Sheraton

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified real estate sales agents and brokers
Screen and assess candidates to ensure they meet our company's culture and performance standards
Coordinate the interview process and make hiring recommendations to department leaders
Maintain a robust pipeline of talent and manage the applicant tracking system
Partner with sales managers to understand their hiring needs and preferences
Assist with onboarding and orientation for new hires

Qualifications:
6 months to 1 year of talent acquisition experience, in a real estate brokerage company
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organization and multitasking abilities
Proficiency with recruiting tools and technologies
Knowledge of real estate industry trends and best practices
Passion for building high-performing teams
