Job Description

• Create clear reports and give helpful presentations to support decision.

Job Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in the human resources area
• Experience in leading a team is must.
• of a broad range of human resource strategies and practices, including compensation, performance management, safety, hiring, and employee relations
• able to apply these strategies and practices in compliance with employment regulations.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ethical mindset
• able to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
• problem-solving and conflict resolution
• Excellent active listening and presentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with HR software and HR metrics
Working hours - 9 am to 5 pm.
