We’re looking for a motivated and organized Studio Manager (Substitute) to join the Project Pole team and support our studios from May through August.

💼 Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee daily studio operations and ensure everything runs smoothly
– Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high client satisfaction
– Collect and act on feedback from instructors and students
– Ensure studio cleanliness, organization, and overall standards
– Work efficiently with studio management systems (bookings, reports, operations)
– Provide structured reports on performance and improvement opportunities

🎯 Who We’re Looking For:
– Full-time availability and strong commitment
– Excellent customer service and people skills
– Previous experience in management, customer service, or fitness studios is a plus
– Ability to follow systems, processes, and workflows
– Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
– Passion for fitness, wellness, and community-driven spaces

- Reply to calls ,Instagram, WhatsApp and Facebook messages
- Answer inquiries about classes, schedules and packages
- Follow up with potential clients

➡️Requirements:

- Availability and strong commitment
– Excellent customer service and people skills
– Previous experience in customer service, or fitness studios is a plus
– Ability to follow systems, processes, and workflows
- Fast response time
- Friendly and professional communication
- Good English
- Organized and committed

➡️Work: Remote (work from home)
